A bit about me
I am a professional artist, illustrator and designer working on many projects at any given time.
My parents were lighthouse keepers on a tiny island with a population of nine, so I've grown up close to nature. I now live on a bigger island in the north Pacific, but digitally commute around the world.
Paddle-boarding, hiking, experimental cooking and traveling are my favorite things to do.
I graduated with a BFA from Emily Carr University in Vancouver, BC.
A bit about my work
I am an illustrator, working with companies and private individuals to create cards, children's books and book covers. It has been my pleasure to work with the David Suzuki Foundation, Parks Canada and other amazing clients.
I also design for print and web, working with many different types of businesses to create ads, signage, posters, magazines, printable products, product design and props. (You can view my design work over here.)
My personal projects include an ongoing graphic novel (interactive app) called Day of the Mermaids, which you can follow over here.
